Visited shimla with my family on a weekend. Since it was a weekend we had difficulty for finding a room. Somehow we found Hotel Sheel and checked in. It was a one day stay, there was no light/generator. The rooms were full of mosquitoes but somehow we managed to stay since was had not other option. Next day when we were checking out, the staff treated us so badly. He refused on the total amount decided priorly (on the day when we reached this hotel). and forced us to pay extra. The hotel service was so bad and so is the staff. I will never recommend you to visit this hotel ever! There are other good hotels, check them out. But please if you want to have a good stay never pay for this hotel!

Very co operative people are there at sheel hotel. Especially receptionist. Affordable price and sight view packages. Only thing to walk bit from hotel to mall road. Bathroom exhaust is not there. overall I felt happy to stay there.

awesome hotel with an awesome rate and perfectly located.mall road is at walking distance from the hotel.there is food facility also inside the hotel.especially the manager mr.rajiv was very good person and his behaviour was very good.

This hotel is not at good location.No parking facility.Staff is not good.Service is poor.Room furniture is old.Not at all recommended.No fans in room.Bathing soap provided in the bathroom was not of good quality , it harmed the skin of some of our group members. So please go for any other hotel.

I had visited this hotel in may month.....I booked hotel through online...I was there for only one night n I had not any option that time.... 1.Budget hotel.....1600 per night (super delux room) 2. Location is good..near to mall road... 3. Staff are helpful...... 4. Rooms are not cleaned or maintained properly ....... I will recommend this hotel to bachelor only.....
